Who is it for?
This course is designed for experienced ambulance and emergency services personnel who are looking to progress their careers by gaining the skills required to become a mentor, supervisor or team leader responsible for learning and development in the workplace. It is a regulated and nationally recognised course.
How long does it take?
This course has three face to face teaching days spread over 7 weeks alongside several hours of self directed study and consolidation of learning
How will I be assessed?
You will have 2 workbooks, 1 reflective journal, 1 Simulated tutorial and Witness testimony

What will I be taught?

⁃ The principals and practices and strategies of mentoring
⁃ How to plan, prepare and deliver a mentoring programme
⁃ How to review the mentoring programme and your own mentoring
What qualification will I receive?
Successful learners will receive a personalised Qualsafe Level 4 Award in Mentoring Ambulance and Emergency Services Personnel (RQF) e-Certificate
